Bob Baker has over 20 years of experience in the Facilities Services Field. In 2006 Bob was promoted to General Manager of Service for the Fairfield, Connecticut office. Bob has overall responsibility for the service division, which includes Service contract sales and operations.
Facilities Management & Building Systems Maintenance Expertise
Bob’s Career with NEMSI began in 1986 as a Service Technician after graduating from Technical Careers Institute and New England Technical Careers Institute. In 1994 he was promoted to Service Manager of NEMSI’s New London, CT office, where he was responsible for managing 28 service technicians. In 1999 Bob was promoted to Branch Manager of The Hartford where he was responsible for 46 Service Technicians. He holds both a Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Journeyman License, and a Rhode Island R-J 1 Unlimited Journeyman License. Bob is currently enrolled in the BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) program. He is also an instructor for the following organizations:
- BOMA - SMA program (Systems Maintenance Administrator)
- ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) - Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification Program
- CT-ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors of Connecticut) - Certified Instructor for the National Center of Construction Education and Research

Bob resides in Hebron, Connecticut with his wife, Tracy, and two children.
