Tony Mascena joined New England Mechanical Services in 2001 as a Human Resources Generalist. He has overall responsibility of implementing Human Resources activities such as recruiting, training, employee relations, affirmative action, and addresses federal and state compliance issues. He also manages the company's successful apprenticeship program for Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

 

Human Resource & Management Expertise

Tony earned his Associates Degree in General Law from Manchester Community College. He also attended the University of Connecticut to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration & Management and received recognition by the National College Senior Honor Society (NCSHS) for his academic achievements. He has over eleven years experience as a human resources specialist, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and H.R. Compliance Solutions. In addition, he has twenty years experience in sales, and business management.

 

The Personal Side

Tony resides in Windsor Locks with his wife JoAnn. He has a daughter and two sons.
