As vice president, Riché is involved in virtually every aspect of the day-to-day operations for the New York branch. She works closely with her team of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service and controls experts to reduce customer owner and operator costs by employing the latest technologies to optimize the use of their mechanical systems. Her responsibilities include develop¬ing the company’s overall growth strategy, improving service delivery through infrastructure changes and technology implementation, participating in new business development activities, and generating relationships.


Riché joined the EMCOR team in 1993 at EMCOR Services New England Mechanical (NEMSI) performing administrative functions within their service operations group. She was responsible for maintaining consistency within the NEMSI administrative processes and quickly became responsible for the NEMSI’s Vernon Service Group’s office administrative services division. By 2000, Riché was responsible for administrative services for all NEMSI locations. Riché also oversaw the training of NEMSI employees involving any administrative services processes and provided training to employees on COINS and the Microsoft Office suite. In addition, she was closely involved with the design and development of elements of the Mobile Tech handheld devices, as NEMSI was the first EMCOR company to pilot and roll out the technology. These devices are now used across EMCOR’s entire national service division. In late 2012, Riché was promoted to her current position at EMCOR Services Tri-Tech, which was acquired by EMCOR Services New England Mechanical in November 2011. Prior to joining NEMSI, she worked as an assistant accounting manager for a law firm.

Riché received her Associates Degree from Springfield Technical Community College and went on to study accounting at Western New England College.

The Personal Side

Riché resides in Wales, MA, with her husband, Marc, and their two rescued dogs. Riché loves vacationing in northern Vermont, is an avid hiker, and enjoys snowmobiling, boating, and water-skiing.
