Charles leads the day-to-day operations of the service division with a strong focus on team performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth. He oversees all sales, including maintenance and facility agreements, automation, and other services.

Under his leadership, the Trumbull Service Group has strengthened its operations and expanded its customer base.

Expertise

Charles has over 35 years of international experience in refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, and facilities management within the critical infrastructure industry. Since joining NEMSI as a service technician, Charles has demonstrated consistent leadership and operational excellence, earning promotions to field service supervisor, operations manager, and general manager.

He holds a D2 trade license, an associate’s degree in business management from Gateway Community College, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Connecticut State University. Additionally, Charles has completed advanced courses in HVAC, leadership, and marketing.

The Personal Side

Charles and his wife have five children. As a family, they enjoy serving the underprivileged and volunteering. He has a passion for reading, gardening, golfing, and soccer.
