Steve oversees the service and project teams for Massachusetts and Vermont from NEMSI’s Palmer office. He is responsible for the overall management of sales, day-to-day operations, and growth of the team through training and educational support.
Expertise
Steve graduated from the HVAC/R program at Porter & Chester and began working in the industry as a technician for a small residential and light commercial HVAC/R company. He joined our Palmer office as a service technician apprentice, completing HVAC maintenance while continuing to learn the trade. He moved up to service technician, service supervisor, and operations manager overseeing a team of twenty technicians and apprentices.
Steve holds several licenses and certifications, including:
- Maine refrigeration contractor’s license
- Journeyman process pipefitter
- Oil burner technician
- EMCOR manager certificate program
The Personal Side
Steve and his wife spend free time with their four children, whether watching them ride horses, dance, or simply enjoy quality time at their farm. He also enjoys doing projects around the house to keep the dust off his tools.
